    You must book the shuttle separately on this website(Rideus) to board.

  • Q Can I book the shuttle ticket for my companion as well?

    Shuttle is available only for BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR 〈DEADLINE〉 IN GOYANG ticket holders. If you booked 1 ticket for the BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR 〈DEADLINE〉 IN GOYANG, you can also book up to 1 shuttle ticket. (Maximum 1 ticket per person)

  • Q How do I book the return shuttle after the concert?

    You only need to book the shuttle to the concert venue. The return ticket is automatically included. Please present the return ticket (wristband) you received when boarding the shuttle to the concert.

  • Q Is it possible to use only the return shuttle after the concert is over?

    The return ticket is automatically included with the shuttle ticket to the concert venue. Please select your return location as the departure point when booking the shuttle to the concert. If you arrive at Goyang Stadium separately, you must visit the shuttle CS booth at the parking lot (return shuttle departure point) first to pick up your return ticket.

  • Q Can I change the departure point or boarding time of my booked shuttle?

    To change the departure point or boarding time of your shuttle, please cancel the current booking and rebook for your preferred route and time.

  • Q If I cancel my BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR 〈DEADLINE〉 IN GOYANG ticket on Interpark, will my shuttle booking also be canceled automatically?

    No, as Interpark and the shuttle booking site (Rideus) are separate, cancellations must be handled individually on each website.

  • Q Until when can I cancel my shuttle booking?

    You can cancel your booking up to 1 day before the boarding.

  • Q Can I board the shuttle on-site without a booking?

    Boarding without a booking is not allowed due to the limited number of shuttle seats. Please book in advance.

    You need to show the QR ticket or voucher sent from the shuttle booking website(Rideus).

  • Q If I missed my booked shuttle time, can I still board?

  • Q When will the returning shuttle depart?

    The shuttle will depart within 30 minutes after the official end of the concert, and the time may change depending on the actual ending time.

  • Q Does the shuttle drop passengers off right in front of Goyang Stadium?

    No, unfortunately large buses cannot get close to Goyang Stadium. Passengers will get off at a nearby stop and will need to walk to the venue.

  • Q Do I need to download a separate app to board the shuttle?

    No app is required. Simply show the voucher or QR ticket sent via email or message.

  • Q Can I bring food or drinks to the shuttle?

    Beverages in single-use containers and any foods with strong smell are not allowed on the shuttle.

  • Q Can I leave my bag on the shuttle after arriving at Goyang Stadium?

    Personal belongings cannot be left on the bus as the shuttles to and from the Goyang Stadium are different.

4. 셔틀 이용에 대한 안내 사항
(Shuttle Usage Guidelines / 班车利用指南 / シャトルバス搭乗の注意事項)
  • 합정역에서 출발 시, 공연 종료 후 귀가편 셔틀버스 탑승시에 필요한 탑승 팔찌를 배포합니다. 해당 팔찌를 분실할 경우, 귀가편 셔틀 탑승이 어려울 수 있으므로, 반드시 착용하시거나 보관하시길 바랍니다. (분실 시 재발급 불가)
  • 만약, 귀가편 셔틀만 탑승하실 경우, 공연장 도착 후 저희 CS센터를 방문하시어 반드시 귀가편 셔틀 탑승에 필요한 팔찌를 발급 받으시길 바랍니다.
  • 개인 수하물은 탑승하신 셔틀버스에 보관이 불가합니다. 차량 하차 시 소지품을 놓고 내리지 않도록 주의 부탁드립니다.
  • 셔틀은 공연이 공식 종료(앵콜까지 완료)된 이후 30분 후에 출발합니다. 공연이 연장되는 경우 셔틀 탑승 시간도 연장됩니다.
  • 셔틀버스 운행 관련 공지사항과 탑승 장소 사진은 저희 공식 인스타그램과 X(트위터) 계정에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
  • Before boarding the shuttle bus at Hapjeong Station, we will provide you with a wristband for the return trip. You must keep safe or wear the wristband until you complete your return trip to Hapjeong Station after the concert. Please note that if the wristband is lost, it cannot be reissued.
  • If you book the round-trip, but prefer to take only return trip, please go to the shuttle <CS Center> to receive your shuttle Wristband (return ticket) before the performance starts.
  • Luggage cannot be stored on the shuttle bus. Please ensure you take all your belongings with you when you leave the bus.
  • Return Shuttle will depart after 30min of concert end(Including Encore Time). If the performance end time is extended, the shuttle service hours will also be extended accordingly.
  • Announcements for shuttle bus and boarding location photos can be found on our official Instagram and X (Twitter) accounts.
  • 请您在乘车地点领取回程班车手环, 请妥善保管或佩戴, 直至回程班车结束。手环遗失不予补发。
  • 如您只乘坐回程班车, 请在演出开始前到 <CS Center>领取手环。
  • 班车内, 我们无法为您保管行李。请您在下车时随身携带全部物品。
  • 回程班车开始在演唱会结束30分后, 如果实际演出结束时间晚于预定时间, 我们将根据情况延长接驳车运营时间, 请您放心。
  • 班车相关通知和乘车位置照片, 请关注我们的官方Instagram和X(Twitter)。
  • シャトルバス搭乗前、帰り便シャトルバスご利用のリストバンドをお届けしますので、帰り便搭乗完了までリストバンドを必ず保管または着用してください。リストバンドを紛失した場合は再発行は出来ません。
  • 往復予約をしましたが、帰り便のシャトルバスのみご利用をご希望の方は、必ず <シャトルバス CSセンター> で公演開始前のリストバンドをお受け取りいただく必要があります。
  • シャトルバスには手荷物を保管できません。下車の際、全ての手荷物を持って下車をよろしくお願いします。
  • 帰りのシャトルバスは公演終了(アンコール含め)30分後に始まります。但し公演中に終了時間が延長される場合、シャトル運営時間も延長予定です。
